About us

“Karjers.EU” Ltd. owns 5 resource deposits of sand and SGM (sand-gravel mix) and one deposit of dolomite. All resource deposits of sand and SGM have been trialled and confirmed.

The resource deposits  owned by „Karjers.EU” ltd. are situated in Latgale, next to international roads A12 and A13, that need to be expanded and modernized.
The location of resource deposits is an important factor, because costs of transport make considerable part of road building estimate costs.

Karjers.EU” ltd. took this into consideration and bought resource deposits not more than 15-20 km from possible building places.

Of course road building and renovation in Latvia as EU transit country is urgent and perspective topic, but the development of this sector is funded by government and funding level and time depends on macroeconomic situation in Latvia and Europe.
